Suspect Mark Agingre Wanted by Police for Multiple Murders in Upper East Region

The Ghana Police Service has declared Mark Agingre, a native of Binduri in the Upper East Region, wanted for his alleged involvement in a string of brutal murders that have shocked the nation.

According to police reports, the most recent incident occurred on 7th November 2025, when Agingre allegedly murdered a man, his wife, and their three children in the Binduri District, leaving one surviving child in critical condition at the Bolgatanga Government Hospital.

Further investigations have linked Agingre to an earlier case on 27th October 2025, involving the killing of an elderly man and his two children, also in Binduri. Police suspect that he may be responsible for several other targeted killings in surrounding communities.

In a statement, the Ghana Police Service announced a ₵1,000,000 reward for anyone who provides credible information leading to his arrest. They urge the public to contact the nearest police station or call 191 or 18555 with any relevant details.

Authorities have assured the public that every available resource is being deployed to track down the suspect and ensure he faces justice.

The Police further appealed to residents in the Upper East Region to remain calm, vigilant, and cooperative as the investigation continues.
