Otto Addo will officially lead the Ghana national football team to the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026, according to a firm confirmation from Kurt Okraku, President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Speaking to the media, Okraku emphasized the association’s confidence in Addo’s leadership, vision, and tactical discipline, which have been evident since his return to the technical bench. He described the decision as a strategic move to ensure stability and consistency within the team ahead of the global tournament.

“Otto Addo has proven his ability to lead and inspire the boys. His deep understanding of the team and Ghanaian football culture gives us the belief that he is the right man to take the Black Stars to the World Cup,” Okraku stated.
